The project will implement an innovative approach to VET in Higher Education by:
adapting the “skills first” approach to the specific context of VDR training, defining skills taxonomies, skills profiles and catalogues for the skills needed for specific tasks performed by VDRs, developing innovative skills assessment methods;
adopting micro-credentials in the field of Higher Education as proposed by the Council of the European Union (EU) in “a Recommendation on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability”, implementing ECTS.
